** Position Overview*
* We are world-class experts in plant breeding and biotechnology seeking a motivated  
** Research Laboratory Technician
** to join the Agriscience Biotechnology team. This position directly supports a cutting-edge research team dedicated to developing and evaluating novel plant breeding methods.

Working under the guidance of a supervisor, the successful candidate will support plant tissue culture research activities and coordinate closely with various team members to achieve project milestones.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Assist with creating, executing, and scoring results to meet research team needs. This includes processing samples under sterile lab conditions, as well as measuring, imaging, and analyzing experimental data.

+ Execute plant tissue culture workflows, including aspects of plant transformation and plant propagation. Conduct analytical assays on plant tissue samples as required.

+ Document precise experimental details, analyze data, interpret results, and record pertinent information accurately into proprietary and standard software applications.

+ Maintain a safe, clean work environment by strictly utilizing aseptic and sterile techniques. Coordinate sampling and sample preparation efforts across the team.

* Education:

** Associate or Bachelor's degree in the biological sciences (or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience). Industry-related experience is preferred.

Skills:

** Plant transformation experience in either a classroom or industry setting is highly desirable. Comfort with utilizing proprietary and standard software for data entry.
