Job Title
Pay Range: $27hr - $32hr
Requirement/Must Have:- Bachelor's or master's degree in plant Pathology, Plant Science, Agronomy, Biological Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in plant pathology research, disease phenotyping, or related agricultural sciences.
- 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Independently lead and execute projects in both field and controlled environment (greenhouse/growth chamber) settings.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver experimental work with attention to rigor, quality, and timelines.
- Identify challenges, adapt methodologies, and develop practical solutions to deliver actionable results.
- Manage multiple priorities, drive work forward, and deliver high quality outputs with minimal supervision.
- Translate experimental work into clear outcomes and recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with research, breeding, and technical teams.
- Document methods, summarize results, and clearly report progress and findings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous or evolving research environments.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills.
