We are seeking a  
** Research Scientist
** to join the Protein Core Facility Team. The successful candidate will develop protein production methods, produce recombinant proteins, lead technology-development and third-party collaboration projects, support project and data management, and help build a world-class protein core facility.

* + Develop protein production methods and produce recombinant proteins.

+ Provide scientific and technical leadership in project design and execution.

+ Evaluate and implement emerging protein expression, purification, and analysis technologies.

+ Lead third-party collaborations from proposal development through project delivery.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance business goals.

+ Expand internal capabilities and external partnerships.

+ Improve project management, data organization, and operational processes.

** What Skills You Need:*
* + PhD in biochemistry or related field.

+ At least five years of hands-on experience in recombinant protein expression, purification, and characterization.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.

+ Strong ethics, initiative, goal orientation, and execution.

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ Enthusiasm for hands-on protein work.

+ Industry experience preferred.
