Inside Sales Associate

Are you passionate about helping others while driving results? TEKsystems is hiring an Inside Sales Agent for a client in Johnston! In this role, you'll be responsible for the sales and retention of individual dental, vision, and legal insurance products through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance.
• Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights.
• Provide support to small business sales and service team.
• Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives.
• Dependability in attendance and punctuality required.
• Job requires confidentiality with regards to consumer information acquired in carrying out the sales functions for the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of related sales and/or marketing experience required, preferably in an inside sales center environment.
• Licensed in health and life insurance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnston, IA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
