Sales Representative, Small Business Services
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services. This position is an opportunity for sales professionals to work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.
Daily responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners, assessing client or prospect needs, presenting solutions, and spending time in the field closing business. High‑quality sales training is provided for those with no prior sales experience.

Responsibilities- Grow the business and your own success by working independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Convert prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud‑based human resources solutions and cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent style, comfortable with cold calling, good time‑management, and clear presentation skills.

- Continuous learner: always learning, growing, and questioning processes to improve.
- College degree desirable but not required. Relevant experience such as retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or military service also acceptable.
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
