Inside Sales / Estimating Coordinator

Built Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales / Estimating Coordinator to support our preconstruction and sales efforts by owning the bid process from initial opportunity through final handoff. This role plays a critical part in how we position and win work by delivering accurate pricing, coordinating across teams, and actively managing opportunities throughout the pursuit phase.

This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, process‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of sales, estimating, and project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • You own bid opportunities end-to-end—from intake through submission and final handoff
  • You analyze plans and specifications to define scope and identify risks early in the process
  • You develop detailed takeoffs and accurate project estimates
  • You coordinate and align pricing across vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
  • You validate all project costs and margins to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • You partner with sales and leadership to inform pricing strategy and positioning
  • You manage active bids, communicating with clients and resolving scope questions along the way
  • You ensure a smooth transition by delivering clear, accurate handoffs to the operations team upon award

Who You Are

  • You have a background in construction estimating, inside sales, or preconstruction and enjoy being part of the bid and pursuit process
  • You can quickly interpret construction drawings and specifications to understand scope, risks, and opportunities
  • You’re known for your attention to detail and strong organizational habits—nothing slips through the cracks
  • You’re proficient in Excel, with Bluebeam experience as a bonus
  • You perform well under pressure, effectively prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
