Annual earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000 based on performance

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Present new and pre-owned vehicle options based on customer needs

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers

Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRMStay current on inventory, vehicle features, pricing, and manufacturer programs

Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through delivery

Partner with Sales Managers and Finance to create a smooth customer experience

What You'll Bring Sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or automotive experience

Confidence speaking with customers and guiding sales conversations

Experience building relationships and following up with prospective customers

Comfort learning vehicle features, inventory, pricing, and dealership processes

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
