What You'll DoGreet customers and learn their vehicle needs

Present new and pre-owned vehicles that match customer needs

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers

Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the CRMLearn current inventory, vehicle features, pricing, and promotions

Guide customers through the sales process through vehicle delivery

Partner with Sales Managers and Finance to complete transactions

What You'll Bring Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or automotive environments

Experience working directly with customers in a sales or service setting

Experience using computers or customer management systems

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
