Job Description We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our biotechnology team supporting research in novel plant breeding methods. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant tissue culture, sterile technique, and data documentation and a proven ability to execute experiments, analyze results, and maintain a safe laboratory environment. Responsibilities:
Process samples under sterile laboratory conditions. Measure, image, and analyze experimental results. Coordinate sampling and prepare samples as needed. Execute plant tissue culture work, including plant transformation, plant propagation, and analytical assays of plant tissue samples. Maintain a safe work environment using aseptic, sterile techniques. Document experimental details, analyze data, and interpret results. Record pertinent information in proprietary and standard software applications.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or equivalent education and experience. Hands-on experience with plant tissue culture and sterile technique. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail for repetitive tasks. Ability to work well in teams and independently with effective time management. Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Preferred

Skills:
