Laboratory Technician

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural sciences, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Johnston Sampling team supporting genotyping projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Ensure that all material necessary for sampling is prepared properly, on time, and in a safe manner.

+ Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as cleaning, handling, packaging, and storing seed or samples.

+ Remain compliant with regulatory as well as company requirements.

+ Operate proprietary equipment to support genotyping processes.

+ Continuously seek process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions.
