ALPHA Landscapes is a 100% new-construction focused landscape firm working with the top general contractors and developers in the area. ALPHA Landscapes started with a pickup truck and a wheelbarrow in 2018 and has now grown into the largest commercial landscape construction firm in Iowa with top of the line trucks and equipment, and 50+ employees operating out of our Johnston office.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, yet stable company, with typical hours between 40-60 weekly, March-December pay starting at $18-23/Hr, depending on experience
What does a typical day look like at ALPHA?
- Arriving to the shop on-time to assist crew leaders with loading trucks & trailer with materials & equipment for the day
- Utilizing hand tools, skid loaders, augers, and tillers to install trees, shrubs, edging, mulch rock, and other miscellaneous landscaping on commercial jobsites
- Maintaining a clean jobsite and vehicle
- Working effectively with other team members and supervisors

The ideal applicant should have the following:
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
