We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and experienced in commissioning and servicing Hot Water Systems, Chilled Water Systems, DX Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Fan Systems, VFD's, and low voltage controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while working in a consultative manner to support Warranty Fulfillment, Preventative Maintenance, Technical Training, Trouble Shooting, Equipment Commissioning, and Start-up.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including Hot Water, DX Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Fan Systems, VFD's, and low voltage controls.
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to provide technical guidance, ensuring their HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
- Perform equipment commissioning and start-up procedures, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
- Provide technical training to clients and internal staff on HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used, accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or product offerings to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in HVAC systems.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC systems is preferred.
Five years of related experience (Preferred) as an HVAC Service Technician.
Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills in HVAC systems.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance best practices.
Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Maintain a safety focused mindset.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements.
Driver License Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid driver s license issued by the appropriate governing body within their jurisdiction.
Physical Capabilities & Requirements
Service technicians may be required to lift and carry heavy equipment, tools and parts weighing up to 75 pounds, requiring physical strength and the ability to handle materials safely to prevent injury.
Candidates should have the mobility to access confined or elevated spaces, such as crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and equipment enclosures, as well as the ability to navigate construction sites and various types of terrain.
