** About the role*
* Health Fitness is looking for a  
** Group Class Instructor
** to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in  
** Johnston, Iowa**  (IA).

_This is an on-call/substitute position, working on an as-needed basis when regular instructors are unable to teach._

_There is potential to move into a regular, part-time position._

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

** Minimum Requirements*
* + Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

+ Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

+ 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: $20 - $25/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
