Join our team at Morgan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 120‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.

Same Day Pay!

$16.50 - $19/hour

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e‑mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support bookkeeping
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports
  • Sort mail
  • Perform any other duty to help maintain the office
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Prior medical office/customer service experience required
  • Basic clinical knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, including Excel
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred
