The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non‑exempt, Reduced Time (RT) Staffing Administrator. Staffing Administrators will help coordinate and execute activities to support the High‑Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for the WFS team for a defined geography (node). These efforts include but are not limited to processing candidates virtually and in person in Pre‑Hire Appointments. RT Staffing Administrators will help develop and coordinate activities to support staffing efforts and provide support to the WFS organization to ensure successful completion of all administrative activities in the staffing process.

This role is essential to creating a positive candidate and employee experience. RT Staffing Administrators will play an integral role in support of the Node’s staffing efforts, will thrive on pulling many pieces together to form a complete picture, and would enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on individual contribution. You will work with a team of Staffing Coordinators and Managers who thrive in an innovative and fast‑paced environment.

Our WFS node teams work flexible schedules, shifts, and areas to include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Sets up, executes, and breaks down Pre‑Hire Appointments (PHA) based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on‑time.
  • Support candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time.
  • Provide follow‑up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and report candidate status.
  • Attend events such as community fairs, hiring events and job fairs.
  • Address basic questions regarding recruiting process.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding of new hires and departures of employees.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Execute PHA activities including Host, Candidate Care Specialist, Candidate Processing, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Administrator.
Working Conditions
  • Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends across multiple sites.
  • Overtime may be required to support business needs.
  • Must be organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize in a competitive environment.
  • Must be able to travel as needed within the designated node or geographic area.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis.
  • Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
  • Associate's degree or above.
  • Experience in Recruiting or HR.
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • 1+ years of system administration, or 6+ months of technical support experience.
  • Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates.
  • Bi‑lingual skills are a plus.
