Description
Responsible for managing professional associates and coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of Property Projects Team. This may cover activities such as property projects, programs, systems development and support. Your decisions will generally be guided by policies, resources, and business plans, and you may receive moderate guidance from a manager. Incumbents may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives.
Incumbents will be responsible for the governance and delivery of Property projects with a crtical focus on achieving project schedules and department budget execution. Liaising with the other business areas such as Design, Branding, Leasing, FM operations will be an integral part of the role. Guided by department policies, resource requirements, budgets and the business, the incumbent is responsible for the oversight and strategic management of business operations, projects, and training.
In conjunction with Division Management the incumbent brings all deliverables to implementation in an agreed schedule. The incumbent oversees all Business Unit Manager duties for the business as well as manage aspects of the HR function and space planning to support the department.
The development and execution of business support strategy that is aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives and collaboration with stakeholders to define and prioritize business support initiatives.
Leads and manages a team of project professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Assigns tasks, monitors progress, and ensures the timely completion of deliverables.
Stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
The smooth and efficient delivery of business support services to internal stakeholders and the monitoring of service levels, analyzing of metrics and implementation of measures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive professional experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience supporting infrastructure, facilities, property, or real estate operations, including exposure to procurement, risk management, and/or project management
Demonstrated experience coordinating day‑to‑day business operations, managing multiple work streams, and delivering initiatives on schedule
Experience working cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, HR, legal, and compliance
Strong understanding of policy‑driven environments, budgeting principles, cost tracking, and vendor or contract oversight
Effective communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills within a matrixed or corporate environment
Monday–Friday with occasional evenings/weekends as needed
Travel: 25–50%, including occasional overnights.
The salary range for this position is $127,000 - $184,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
