Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the Commercial Operations department supporting customer service and technical support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Serve Cash management, ACH, and Commercial Card customers via requests received by telephone, chat, or email.
  • Research and train clients on all products offered to ensure they are well‑informed and satisfied.
  • Independently service both internal and external customers on a wide variety of Commercial Card, ACH, and cash management products, services, and technical issues through all incoming channels.
  • Diagnose, prioritize, resolve, and elevate all technical, system, or procedural issues to maintain high service standards.
  • Partner with operational support staff to reconcile client problems and work towards minimizing future occurrences.
What’s Needed?
  • High School diploma or GED;
    Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of customer service and call center experience; banking experience is a plus.
  • Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a daily workload efficiently.
  • Strong computer proficiency and technical acumen.
