Grieco Collision Center is seeking a Service Advisor or claims/customer service representative.
Job Duties:
Greeting customers, setting up claim files, contacting insurance companies to confirm coverages, liability, payments, rental coverages. Setting appointments to have autos inspected, updating customers on the repair process of their vehicle, processing payments, etc. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F. Hourly pay plus monthly Bonus. Compensation varies depending on skill level. This company is growing at a rapid pace and values employee initiative.
