Client Services Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department supporting client engagement and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email

+ Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

+ Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

+ Support onboarding and training of new clients as needed

** What's Needed?*
* + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Ability to work onsite in Johnston, RI with potential to work in Riverside, RI after training

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

+ Enthusiasm for helping clients and solving problems
