Client Services Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will support client engagement and service delivery as part of the customer support department.

Location: Johnston, RI

Pay Range: $24 per hour

Shift: 8 Hours per Shift

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
• Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
• Support onboarding and training of new clients as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Johnston, RI with potential to work in Riverside, RI after training
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Enthusiasm for helping clients and solving problems
