Position Overview

Immediate full-time day, fast-paced position available. Responsible for incoming phone calls, cashiering, and greeting customers. Automotive experience helpful. Entry-level position with growth opportunity for the right candidate.

• Answer telephone, transfer calls, take messages, help customers when needed
• Receipt money for service, finance, and sales
• Maintains customer satisfaction at or above company standards
• Processes paperwork on a timely basis
• Sign out and keep good records for the books/Keys and dealer plates
• Keep waiting area neat and stocked for customers
• Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management.
