Loan Servicing Research Analyst

Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Business Support Specialist to join their team. As a Business Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Lending Accounts Review Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Support Specialist

Location: Johnston, RI

Pay Range: $21.15

• Perform accurate data entry, including basic calculations such as adding and subtracting
• Research customer loan and credit line accounts to identify payment activity and first delinquency dates
• Analyze payment and debit history to support account review processes
• Prepare and update reports using Excel and internal reporting tools
• Communicate effectively with internal teams via email and Microsoft Teams

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, processing, administrative, or support roles
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Office suite
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
