Compensation Analyst, Finance & Banking

Description

As the Compensation Analyst
, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing salary surveys to price jobs in local market, evaluation positions, assisting managers with job description development and recommending salary grades.

• Participating in salary surveys and analyzing data to benchmark company pay against industry standards
• Evaluating job descriptions to determine appropriate classification and band/zone

• Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Previous internship or practical experience applying financial or business concepts preferred

• Hours per Week: 40

  M-F
