Description
The Servicing Ops Specialist is responsible for processing and servicing complex monetary transactions, account and official check related requests, fraud and identity-theft investigations, account research, IOLTA reporting and escheat due diligence processing. The team works closely with internal business partners, branches, fraud departments, and enterprise support teams to ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and service-level standards.
Key responsibilities include:- Processing and reviewing monetary transactions, account maintenance requests, and servicing activities.
- Resolving fraud and identity theft exception-processing cases.
- Researching account discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with internal partners.
- Managing operational controls, risk mitigation activities, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting projects, system enhancements, business initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
- Monitoring workflow volumes, turnaround times, and service-level commitments to ensure timely completion of work.
- Participating in daily huddles, operational meetings, training sessions, cross team support, and change-management activities to support business objectives.
