West Bay RI in Johnston, RI is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with a NEW PAY RATE of $21.50–$22.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour weekend differential. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available across 1st, 2nd, and combination shifts.
As a DSP, you’ll help individuals with intellectual, developmental, and emotional disabilities live more independent lives at home and in their communities. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support while promoting safety and dignity.
