• Current Physical Therapy license in the state
• Prior experience delivering PT services in schools or pediatric settings
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant documentation
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
• Must be fully vaccinated, ensuring optimal safety for an immunocompromised student
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to individualized care

• Provide tailored physical therapy services to a school-aged student during scheduled weekly sessions
• Conduct therapeutic assessments, create treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align therapy with students educational objectives
• Monitor progress closely, adjusting strategies to best support growth and independence
• Document all sessions and maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school and regulatory policies
• Serve as a resource and advocate for student access, accommodations, and well-being
