Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Sr Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruiting team. Job Title: Sr Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Johnston, RI

Pay Range: $25 to $30 upon experience

Shift: 1st Monday to Friday

• Coordinate interview schedules for various positions, including setting up video conferences and reserving conference rooms.
• Manage travel arrangements and process expense reimbursements for candidates and interviewers.
• Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding transitions.
• Support the creation and quality check of offer letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist candidates and recruiting team members with applicant tracking system actions, escalating issues as needed.
