Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – Digital Client Servicing (Commercial Banking)

The BSA will lead requirements for transforming Commercial Banking Client Servicing into a digitally enabled experience. The role bridges Operations, Fraud, Technology, and Client Experience teams.

Elicit and document business & system requirements for:

• Biometric authentication
• Voice servicing & secure communications
• Walk Me-based client training and in-app guidance

Define end-to-end servicing journeys and pain-point remediation

• Partner with Fraud & Risk teams to integrate defenses without degrading UX
• Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
• Support UAT, pilot rollouts, and adoption metrics

• 8–12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking
• Deep experience in Client Servicing, Contact Centers, or Digital Channels
• Strong understanding of Fraud Controls & Authentication
• Experience with digital adoption / client enablement tools
• Excellent stakeholder and documentation skills
