We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design within Commercial Banking Operations. This role will provide architectural oversight across client servicing, data automation, document generation, and AI-enabled workflow orchestration, ensuring scalable, secure, and reusable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Own the overall solution architecture across all four sub-work streams.
- Define target-state architecture, integration patterns, and reusable shared utilities.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Data, Security, and Risk teams.
- Ensure alignment with Commercial Banking, Fraud, Compliance, and Data Governance standards.
- Workflow orchestration platforms
- Data automation, reconciliation & analytics
Guide BSA teams and validate functional designs against technical architecture.
Support vendor evaluation, POCs, and implementation roadmaps.
Required Qualifications12–18+ years of experience in Financial Services / Commercial Banking
Proven experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect on large-scale ops or shared utility programs
Strong background in:
- Workflow orchestration platforms
- Document management & OCR
Experience integrating across core banking, servicing, fraud, CRM, and data platforms
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills
Preferred Skills- Experience with AI agents / digital workers
- Familiarity with biometric authentication, fraud defenses, and client servicing tools
- Prior consulting or transformation program experience
