As a Senior Architect, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to fruition. Your role will be central to the successful integration of disruptive technologies within the organization. You will be capable of working across multiple technology domains to develop a solution and present the design. You will also provide deep technical knowledge and architectural design mentorship at a platform and portfolio level and will be a key contributing architect on large/complex projects.

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Automation Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and high‑performing automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, and potentially Power Automate. This hands‑on role is responsible for system setup, configuration, and ongoing support, working closely with developers to troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance.
You will collaborate with corporate security, network, cloud teams, the Architectural Review Board, and the GenAI Council to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
Primary Responsibilities- Participate in code and design reviews with teams of software, network and cloud engineers to ensure solutions meet current enterprise standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Design and build solutions that provide frameworks, interfaces, and services that can be extended and reused across the portfolio, ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture standards, guidelines, and principles.
- Collaborate frequently with functional teams’ leadership and engineers to align and use solutions, contributing to technology direction and influencing implementation to achieve business improvements.
- Provide post‑implementation support to project stakeholders, including training and troubleshooting, and recommend solutions based on analysis.
- Perform long‑term trend analysis on the implementation of new technological solutions and produce reports.
- Review performance and control reports to determine appropriate actions to improve performance and extend business product innovation through the introduction, adoption, and implementation of technology.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- 5+ years of web‑development or solutions architecture experience.
- Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end software development of complex multi‑tiered systems.
- Experience with multiple IT disciplines and a confirmed understanding of relevant architectural concepts.
- Experience using system and process analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate technical conversations with non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience building highly available customer‑facing applications, in a GDHA setting.
- Experience building cloud‑native applications.
- Experience with APIs.
- Experience in one or more of the following technology areas: infrastructure, security, Dev Ops, application development, database technologies, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- System Setup & Configuration:
Lead the setup and configuration of UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. - Technical Troubleshooting:
Provide expert guidance and hands‑on support to developers resolving issues with automation workflows and system integrations. - Cross‑Team
