Pay Rate: $23/hr W2
OverviewSeeking a Queue Manager to support the Fraud Department by managing and tracking fraud case workflows through Salesforce. The team currently consists of 16 members handling multiple fraud detection and claims processing streams, email inbox management, and fraud case documentation. This role will ensure cases are properly entered, tracked, and maintained in Salesforce while coordinating with existing fraud platforms and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and Salesforce experience are highly preferred.
- Manage and track fraud case workflows through Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal teams and other fraud platforms.
- Ensure cases are properly entered, tracked, and maintained in Salesforce.
- Monitor email inboxes and assist with fraud case documentation as needed.
- Support team processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of fraud operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime. Flexible scheduling available for appointments or slightly later start times when needed.
