Overview

Needs this experience:
Fircosoft suite (Continuity, Trust, WLM) and these Firco Soft advanced modules (Decision Reapplication, Workflow Accelerator, Multi Law Manager). With SWIFT Payment experience. We are hiring Functional specialist to join our project team. You will be part of the consulting team and work along with technical and data consultants. Your main tasks will be to efficiently manage the client senior stakeholders and provide optimized solutions and industry best practices.

You will also be expected to perform detailed requirements analysis documenting processes solution design data analysis and provided holistic solutions with respect to the Firco Soft platform in the FCC domain. To succeed in this role you should be a strong understanding of the FCC domain specifically to realtime transaction sanction screening functionalities.

• Masters degree in Finance or MBA in Finance or closely related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as Business Analyst in FCC domain
• Very good understanding and hands-on experience on Firco Soft ver 60 On Cloud
• Good domain knowledge of FCC domain specifically Transaction screening
• Experience in working on transformation programs for a full IT lifecycle
• Experience of managing coordinating and working with Sr client stakeholders and technical team
• Ability to work Cross functionally to remove blockers for the team
• Ability to elicit unstated requirements and document them
• Creating analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications and backlogs based on business requirements
• Ability to analyze the business requirements write user stories FSD and suggest relevant design solutions
• Facilitating design sessions with the business stakeholder solution architects and development team to define the solution
• Participation in all phases of functional discussion to provide support as subject matter expert and to ensure smooth rollout of projects
