We have an active requirement for Senior Scrum Master supporting our Bank Modernization Program and would welcome CVs.

Minimum Experience10 Years

Key Requirements- Minimum 10 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise‑scale programs
- Proven experience in Scrum@Scale or equivalent scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Strong delivery ownership across multiple pods velocity, predictability, and metrics‑driven
- Advanced Jira expertise backlog, sprint management, and reporting
- Confident with burndown charts, velocity tracking, and delivery dashboards
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing senior stakeholder communication
- Hands‑on experience working with distributed global teams
- Banking or financial services background strongly preferred
- Active Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM II, SAFe SM, or Scrum@Scale)
