We have an active requirement for Senior Scrum Master supporting our Bank Modernization Program and would welcome CVs.

Role: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Johnston, RI or Westwood, MA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Minimum Experience: 10 Years
Start: ASAP
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise-scale programs
- Proven experience in Scrum@Scale or equivalent scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Strong delivery ownership across multiple pods velocity, predictability, and metrics-driven
- Advanced Jira expertise backlog, sprint management, and reporting
- Confident with burndown charts
, velocity tracking, and delivery dashboards - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholder communication
- Hands‑on experience working with distributed global teams
- Banking or financial services background strongly preferred
- Active Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM II, SAFe SM, or Scrum@Scale)
