Sr Project Analyst (Hybrid)

The position supports the Town Management Office and focuses on managing financials, vendor coordination, and resource allocation for the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) organization. This role plays a key part in a major initiative to "reimagine the bank."

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day‐to‐day project analyst tasks for the ED&A team.
• Support financial tracking, vendor management, and capacity planning.
• Reconcile resources and assist with sourcing‐related work.
• Help track intake items and contribute to intake board activities.
• Manage the team's ticket board/JIRA board and route requests to the appropriate areas.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders (team of ~3), including:
• ED&A team
• Gen AI team
• Marketing
• Sourcing
• Address operational issues (e.g., time‐booking discrepancies).

Required & Preferred Skills Must‐Haves:

• Excel (strong proficiency)
• MS Office:
  Word, Power Point
• 2–3 years of related experience
• Nice‐to‐Haves:
• Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with Agile environments
• JIRA knowledge
