- Support the Town Management Office with a focus on financial management, vendor coordination, and resource allocation within the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) organization.
- Play a key role in a major initiative to reimagine the bank.
- Manage day-to-day project analyst tasks for the ED&A team.
- Support financial tracking, vendor management, and capacity planning.
- Reconcile resources and assist with sourcing-related work.
- Help track intake items and contribute to intake board activities.
- Manage the team s ticket board/JIRA board and route requests to appropriate areas.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including the ED&A team, Gen AI team, Marketing, and Sourcing.
- Address operational issues, such as time-booking discrepancies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office:
Word, PowerPoint. - Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
