Senior Software Engineering Manager, AI Software Engineering Enablement

FM is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our AI Software Engineering Enablement team. You will own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of platforms that power AI-driven products across the company. In this role, you'll manage and grow high-performing engineering teams, partner with product and data science, and establish best practices for CI/CD, MLOps, and reliability. You'll drive standards, tooling, and processes that boost developer productivity while ensuring scalability, security, and quality of AI services in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AI-focused software engineering teams to deliver high-quality platforms and services
• Define technical vision, architecture, and standards for AI software enablement systems
• Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to prioritize and deliver roadmaps
• Establish best practices for CI/CD, testing, reliability, and observability of AI services
• Drive MLOps capabilities to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Recruit, develop, and performance-manage engineering talent
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of AI platforms in cloud environments
• Measure and improve engineering productivity and delivery quality
