Enterprise AI Security Engineer

FM seeks an Enterprise AI Security Engineer to secure our AI, data, and cloud platforms. You will design secure architectures, harden ML pipelines, and lead controls for model, data, and API protection. Partnering with data science, engineering, and IT, you'll embed security into MLOps, perform threat modeling, and guide secure deployment. You'll implement IAM, network, and monitoring solutions, automate checks in CI/CD, and drive incident response and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure architectures for AI and cloud platforms across the enterprise.
• Harden ML pipelines, APIs, and data flows against threats, leakage, and misuse.
• Develop and maintain security baselines, policies, and standards for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and IT teams to integrate security by design.
• Implement and tune identity, access, and network controls for AI services and data.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews of AI solutions.
• Configure and monitor security tools to detect and respond to AI-specific threats.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for AI and data-related security events.
• Automate security checks within CI/CD and MLOps pipelines.
• Produce documentation, runbooks, and training to uplift AI security practices.
