Sr. Solution Architect Manager

FM is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect Manager to lead a team designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions. In this role, you'll own end-to-end solution architecture across cloud, integration, and application layers, partnering with business and technology stakeholders. You'll guide pre-sales solutioning, set architecture standards, and provide technical oversight during delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep cloud and integration expertise, strong client-facing skills, and a track record leading architects on complex, multi-system programs.

This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects across multiple concurrent projects.
• Design end-to-end architectures for complex, enterprise solutions using modern cloud and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on pre-sales solutioning, estimates, and client presentations.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business strategy.
• Oversee solution feasibility, performance, scalability, and security reviews.
• Guide implementation teams, providing technical oversight and resolving design issues.
• Champion reuse, reference architectures, and modernization of legacy systems.
• Coordinate with product, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
• Contribute to practice development through playbooks, templates, and knowledge sharing.
