Solution Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise data and analytics solutions that power reporting, insights, operational decision‑making, and AI‑driven capabilities across the organization.

This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and people management to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing data platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, partnering with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translating requirements into actionable technology solutions, and drive execution aligned with strategic priorities.

You will oversee end‑to‑end solution delivery—from discovery and requirements gathering through architecture, engineering, AI enablement, and production support—while mentoring and developing a high‑performing engineering team. Success in this role requires balancing business needs, technical strategy, and operational excellence to deliver solutions that create measurable value for the organization.

Business & Technology Partnership

• Serve as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, requirements, and solution outcomes.
• Translate business challenges and opportunities into scalable technology and data solutions.
• Facilitate discussions across cross‑functional teams to define requirements, evaluate options, and drive solution decisions.
• Partner with leadership to establish solution roadmaps that support business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure delivered solutions provide measurable business value while maintaining technical scalability, security, and reliability.
• Drive continuous feedback loops between business and engineering teams to improve solution adoption and effectiveness.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across business and technology organizations.
• Experience translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.

This addition positions the role more as a Business Technology Solutions Leader / Solution Engineering Manager rather than a Finance‑focused engineering manager, which should help attract a wider pool of candidates.

• Hours: 40 per week
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
