A private, nonprofit organization in Rhode Island dedicated to helping low‑income and vulnerable individuals and families achieve self‑sufficiency is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its mission‑driven healthcare team. The organization provides a broad continuum of services, including primary healthcare, behavioral health, early childhood education, employment and training programs, housing support, and food assistance.

• Join a well-established, community‑based health system with multiple locations statewide

• Light call rotation (approximately once every 6–7 weeks)
• Collaborative care team including Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Clinicians, a Psychiatric NP, and a Midwife

• 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week (administrative work can be completed remotely)
• Capped patient panel
• Manageable pace with an expectation of approximately 3 patients per hour
