Front Of House Lead Supervisor

Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position at FLIK Hospitality Group.

Location:

1 Citizens Bank Way, Johnston, RI 02919. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full‑time;
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Detailed schedule to be provided during interview.

Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
