Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to expand business within an established territory by strengthening existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across industrial and municipal markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional with a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record of territory growth.

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of industrial and municipal customers.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan to increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Recommend technical solutions involving fluid handling, process equipment, instrumentation, and related industrial systems.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Maintain sales pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer records within a CRM platform.
• Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and educational seminars.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide timely follow-up and ongoing account management throughout the sales cycle.

• Proven success in outside technical sales within an assigned geographic territory.
• Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, municipal, or utility markets.
• Background selling one or more of the following: fluid handling systems, pumps, valves, process equipment, instrumentation, filtration systems, industrial controls, storage tanks, or related industrial products.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to develop new business.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand industrial products and customer applications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• Existing relationships with industrial, municipal, engineering, contractor, or utility customers within the territory are highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, organized, competitive, and customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance new business development with ongoing account management.
