You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce incidents, and respond to security‑related concerns with calm, clear communication. Bring strong customer service as you support employees and visitors, document activity, and work as part of a team. • Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting actions taken and reporting to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Control access points by monitoring entry and exit, verifying credentials and/or visitor authorization, and directing visitors according to site procedures.
• Complete routine security‑related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management as required.

• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
