Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a logistics and distribution location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of shipping areas, loading docks, parking lots, facility grounds, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals and/or vehicles entering or exiting the location, in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly report observed concerns.;
Document patrol activity, access-related events, incidents, and unusual conditions through accurate logs and reports.
