Technician

We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team as installers responsible for enhancing safety procedures by installing metal fences on the robotics floor. This role requires proficiency in using various hand and power tools, and the ability to perform heavy lifting in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.

• Install and assemble metal frames and gates on the robotics floor using power tools.
• Use tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches.
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Drill into concrete and handle various hand tools with precision.
• Ensure punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Contribute as a team player in a physically demanding setting.

• Proven experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical inclination and proficiency with tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, or industrial repair.

• Experience in general labor, production, or mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and inventory processes.
• Forklift operation and electrical schematic knowledge is a plus.

The position is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment, which can be loud and chaotic. Shifts are available from 4:30am to 2:00pm or from 2:30pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday, with some potential for additional hours.

This is a Contract position based out of Johnston, RI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
