Job Description

Grieco Automotive Parts Department is searching for a Parts Driver to collect and deliver products to our customers and vendors in a safe, timely and courteous manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Operate Company vehicle in a safe and cautious manner.

* Establish an efficient route for delivery of equipment

* Maintain professional attitude, conduct and appearance.

* Checks with the body shop each day to determine immediate parts needs.

* Communicate with the with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.

* Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.

* Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed.

* Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.

* Any other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

* Excellent Communication Skills

* Valid Driver's License

* Detail-oriented

* Pervious Dealership Experience a plus- (Not required0

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift up to 50
