Housekeeping Manager

• Lead and manage the Housekeeping team across venues to deliver an impeccable standard of cleanliness in rooms, public areas and back of house.
• Ensure guests enjoy a comfortable environment and that the team has a safe and clean working environment.
• Be involved in stock and operations, ensuring adequate provision of clean and well-maintained laundry and linen, and coaching teams in corridors; support busy check-out periods by assisting with bed changing and bathroom cleaning as needed.
• Use efficient working practices and processes to deliver clean rooms in line with guest expectations; collaborate with other heads of department to support the entire guest journey across the venue.

Skill and experience are necessary, but more than anything we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better and sees themselves being part of the team to make this happen.

• We pay a fair wage with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave, with 100% of tips retained by the team.
