We’re looking for an experienced industry professional with a proven track record of growing membership through a genuinely service-focussed operation – someone who thrives on turning passion for health and fitness into an exceptional experience for both team and guests.

You’ll either have run your own club or led a substantial department within a larger business, and you’ll bring a confident understanding of the premium and boutique fitness space. Backed by a sharp understanding of the member journey and the retention levers that keep people coming back, you’ll combine strong sales-driven results with sound commercial acumen.

Above all, you’ll lead from the front – rolling up your sleeves, setting the standard for outstanding service, safety and compliance, and communicating with clarity and confidence, both spoken and written. We believe great people deserve to be well rewarded. Our pay always exceeds Government rates as standard, and your earnings are further boosted by our 10% service charge and any tips guests leave – with 100% of tips retained by the team.

Salary starting from £40,000 and dependent on experience
