Client Service Associate

At TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph, we are seeking a Customer‑Focused Client Services Associate to deliver exceptional service and facilitate accurate financial transactions.

As a Client Services Associate, you'll profile new and existing customers, offer product advice, and exceed expectations to foster loyalty and cross‑sell opportunities.

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing prompt and accurate financial transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Contributes to the development and retention of customer relationships through exceptional service and identifying cross‑sell opportunities.

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank‑sponsored events.

• High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.
• Preferably 6–12 months of bank teller experience.
• Customer service, sales, or cross‑selling experience preferred.

Compensation Range
:
Hourly $16.54 – $22.67. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k, and more.
